Dr. Abby Veliquette is a seasoned executive and team coach who specializes in guiding senior leaders through high-stakes transitions and complex leadership challenges. She partners with executives and their teams to accelerate performance, expand influence, and increase measurable organizational impact.
With more than 20 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and leadership development, Dr. Veliquette has worked with CEOs, C-suite leaders, and emerging executives across diverse sectors. She has successfully led initiatives focused on cultural transformation, communication process improvement, and employee well-being. Abby has also designed and facilitated training programs, courses, and retreats for thousands of participants.
Previously, Dr. Veliquette served as a Teaching Professor in Communication Studies and Business Management at Colorado State University and spent a decade in organizational leadership creating and managing workforce programs in training, recruitment, retention, curriculum design, and supervision.
Her expertise includes helping leaders refine their executive presence, navigate and drive culture change, and lead with confidence to shape high-performing organizations. She also partners with teams to strengthen cohesion, align around a shared purpose, and solve problems more effectively and efficiently.
Dr. Veliquette holds a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and a Ph.D. in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change. Her scholarship includes six peer-reviewed publications in human resource development, strategic planning, and team building. She holds a PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation, has advanced training in Positive Intelligence, and is certified in DiSC and the ALLI-Map 360.
