With over 20+ years of C-level experience, he specializes in restructuring organizations, enhancing leadership and culture, and driving business performance.

As Chief Human Resources Officer for six companies, he has led major transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and turnarounds. At Vertiv, a $4.4B company with 20,000+employees, he played a key role in its transition from an Emerson division to private equity ownership, a SPAC acquisition, and a successful IPO. He has also held executive HR roles at Lumeris, A123 Systems, Schneider Electric, and American Power Conversion.

Andrew is the co-author of Executing Your Business Transformation and the author of How to Survive Your Business Transformation (Forbes, 2020). He holds a B.A. and M.S. in Management from Regis University.
