In her role as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at SVP Worldwide, she focuses on shaping global hiring strategies, enhancing recruiting effectiveness, data based hiring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Previously, she held key roles at Meta and Aerotek, where she gained best-in-class recruitment training and developed deep expertise in high-performance recruiting frameworks. She played a pivotal role in advancing scalable sourcing strategies, and leading national recruiting initiatives that supported rapid business growth.
