Erin Dowd is an experienced Leader, accomplished Executive Coach, and strategic Human Resource professional and Consultant with International Transformation Partners. She has extensive hands-on experience influencing meaningful transformation of businesses and the development of individuals and teams. Her business knowledge coupled with coaching savvy enables leaders to find solutions that elevate performance into actionable results. 

With over twenty-five years of experience in multiple industries such as healthcare, information technology, data center, manufacturing, and government sectors Erin Dowd has successfully led individuals and teams through pivotal transformations. She has practical C-Suite experience effectively influencing leaders and boards in public and private companies. In her role as a Veteran Business Owner of EMD Executive Coaching, LLC, she focuses on partnering with clients who are dealing with uncertainty to elevate themselves into achieving their best outcomes. She coaches executives who are new to role, seeking development, and through critical change initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, growth, and IPO transactions. Erin facilitates personalized growth experiences that enable new decisions and meaningful outcomes.

Previously, Erin held leadership roles as the CHRO driving growth and global digital transformation at Vertiv. Prior to her CHRO tenure, Erin held executive roles as the Vice President of Global HR and Business Functions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hewlett Packard Inc., Compaq and Morrison Management Health Care. Throughout her career Erin played critical roles in developing leaders faced with translating diverse cultures, communication styles, and backgrounds to achieve measurable results. Her expertise spans leadership development, human capital management, workforce planning, change management, and operational efficiency. 

Erin Dowd is an ACC certified ICF Executive Coach and a certified Board Advisor with the International Board Director Competency Designation (IBDCD) and ESG for Board Directors. She is certified to administer Increasing Human Effectiveness tools (EDGE Learning Institute) and several performance assessments (Hogan Suite, Center for Creative Leadership Benchmark 360o Suite, and Ntrinsx). Through Erin’s military service she is certified in Leadership Instruction for Advanced Faculty Development for Joint Strategy, the Command and General Staff College, and the Combined Arms School. Erin holds a B.S. and an MBA.
