Jason Veliquette, MA, PCC, is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Consultant, and the co-founder of Sequoia Leadership Group. He specializes in transformational coaching, partnering with executives and teams to cultivate trust, enhance team efficiency, and drive sustainability. 

With over 12 years of experience in executive coaching, Jason has guided leaders in developing strong communication skills, mastering emotional intelligence, and leading high-performing teams. He has a proven track record coaching senior executives across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, government, food and beverage, and startups. As Co-Director of the Transformational Coaching Program at Blue Mesa Coaching, Jason plays a key role in training and mentoring executive coaches and coordinating all faculty.

In his previous leadership roles at a major non-profit organization, Jason was instrumental in expanding the organization’s impact by building effective teams and engaging volunteers to achieve its mission. His expertise covers team development, executive coaching, team coaching, and coach education.

Jason has also served as a board member for the Association for Coach Training Organizations and frequently guest speaks at Colorado State University’s communications classes. He holds a MA from Denver Seminary and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
