Kate Beatty is an accomplished leadership and organization development professional and Consultant with International Transformation Partners. She specializes in developing executives, their teams, and organizations to navigate change and transformation while meeting challenging organizational goals.  

With over twenty-five years of experience in leadership and organization development, Kate has successfully led strategic transformation initiatives as an executive in an education institution and a for-profit manufacturing firm. She has also partnered with leaders as an internal and external consultant and coach, supporting their achievement of their transformation goals. In her current role as Founder and Principal of Inspirati Leadership Solutions, LLC, she provides executive coaching, team development, leadership training, and organization development services to a variety of organizations, including private equity owned, family owned, publicly traded, government, and not-for-profit organizations in various industries, including professional services, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and higher education.   

Previously, Kate was Global Vice-President, Learning and Organization Development at Vertiv, where she led restructuring efforts to stand up global business units, globalized the learning and development function, and stood up the talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts for the company. Prior to Vertiv, Kate held several leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she transformed and aligned the Center’s portfolio of programs and worked with a diverse set of global clients to develop their future generation of leaders and executives.  

Kate has authored/co-authored numerous articles, chapters, and the book Becoming a Strategic Leader: Your Role in Your Organization’s Enduring Success. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Team Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, and holds her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation. Kate is certified in numerous assessments, including the Hogan Suite, The 6 Types of Working Genius, Workplace Big 5, and CCL’s Benchmarks 360o Suite. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University.
