With over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate HR, Lisa has led global learning teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in Fortune 100 environments. She specializes in translating complex change into clear, practical frameworks and leveraging modern learning tools—including AI-enabled solutions—to drive adoption and measurable results.
Originally trained as an engineer, she brings a structured, analytical lens to leadership, change, and process design. Lisa holds an MBA, is SHRM-SCP certified, and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
