Her work blends human-centered design with practical tools—helping companies achieve meaningful results in times of growth and change.
Lisa brings over twenty years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate HR environments, including leading a global training team that supported employees from frontline operators to senior executives. She has a deep understanding of complex operational systems and has designed scalable learning programs that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and leadership effectiveness.
She has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in Fortune 100 companies—serving as a trusted advisor to executives and HR leaders. Her areas of expertise include process improvement, change management, instructional design, and the use of modern tools like chatbots, microlearning, and performance support systems to build capability at scale.
She began her career in engineering and brings a structured, analytical lens to every engagement. Lisa holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and holds her ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
