Lisa Dahmus is an organizational development, learning, and HR process consultant and the Founder and Managing Director of Customized Interactions. She partners with organizations to streamline and modernize HR and learning systems, strengthen leadership capability, and improve performance at scale.

With over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate HR, Lisa has led global learning teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in Fortune 100 environments. She specializes in translating complex change into clear, practical frameworks and leveraging modern learning tools—including AI-enabled solutions—to drive adoption and measurable results.

Originally trained as an engineer, she brings a structured, analytical lens to leadership, change, and process design. Lisa holds an MBA, is SHRM-SCP certified, and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
